Russian: RFP Creator (Request for Procurement) is a small program designed to help ISTC project participants to create requests for equipment and materials procurement according to existing ISTC forms and rules. This stand-alone module is based upon MS Office technologies and needs MS Excel with VBA support to be installed at the user's PC. Any MS Windows (9x-XP) operating system is required. The program is completely free of charge.
