The ISTC completed its 37th Project Funding Session on 31 July 2005. ISTC Funding Parties reviewed more than 200 project proposals, and approved 40 new projects representing nearly $5.4 million and Euro 5.2 million in funding for technology projects in Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and the Kyrgyz Republic. New funding was provided by the European Union, Canada and the United States.
